Yesterday was a whirlwind. We had a mix-up getting to the airport from Beijing. Then we landed in Changle-rode an hour to our hotel and then ran upstairs to meet her 10 minutes later. She did great!! Some tears in the beginning and a few times last night, but she knows who we are from the picture book we sent and we are getting to know each other well.Click on a video below to watch it:

ReplyDeleteSuch incredible videos to show how excited you guys are. I peed myself with Frankie's "I don't know a word they're saying" video. All of those long months & years that passed by will soon be forgotten with all of the laughter and joy Ava will bring. Such a special beginning for you all, enjoy every moment of it!
